Earners of this designation have demonstrated skills in Siemens Star-CCM+ to perform computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations and analyze multi-physics or multi-scale flow phenomena. Earners are able to conduct simulations of laminar and turbulent flows, heat transfer, multi-species mixing, flows with chemical reaction or multiple phases. They can apply theoretical knowledge on numerical analysis, CFD, fluid mechanics, and related multi-physics sufficient for assessment of the simulations.
