Individuals who complete the ProfAI Basic AI Proficiency Program are certified in AI prompting, using AI responsibly, and finding an AI use case. They are able to identify, write, and use three types of prompts (basic, focused, and comprehensive); protect their data within AI tools, identify hallucinations, and mitigate bias; and identify an AI use case based on a pain point in their workflow.
