The course objective is to provide an introduction to the C++ programming language, focusing on syntax for primitive types, control structures, vectors, strings, structs, classes, functions, file I/O, exceptions and other programming constructs. The general course topics include introduction and setup; dealing with data compound types; object-oriented programming; advanced concepts; memory management and testing; and useful examples and C++ glossary.
