The earner has completed the New Work Learning Journey. Participants design their purpose, learn about organizational structures, information flow and decision-making and are introduced to hands-on methods for forming and participating in self-organized teams. The journey includes seven 3-hour training sessions as well as additional experiments where participants transfer the theoretical content into their work practice. PLEASE NOTE: Badge is only available for SAP employees.
