Earning Criteria

Successful completion of all accreditation steps to become an Act to Grow Facilitator (≈20 hours), which are:
1.) Participate actively in an "Act to Grow" workshop
2.) Complete all required readings and self-study materials (including technical role)
3.) Shadow an experienced Act to Grow facilitator
4.) Co-facilitate a workshop while being observed by SAP Action Learning to earn the digital badge
