This award is given to individuals who submitted a project representing their local d-shop in SAP's Global d-shop's End of Year Awards Event and received the top number of votes by fellow colleagues for demonstrating how innovation can be fun to all, with the project acting as a hobby or source of creativity and inspiration.

Earning Criteria

Successfully completed a d-shop project in the past year
Nominated by either the team itself or a d-shop representative, the project is submitted to an inventory of d-shop projects completed from this year
The project is evaluated by the Global d-shop Team for showcasing exceptional growth through a willingness to learn and develop new skills, challenging oneself to constantly grow as a maker
Declared as the winning project after the project gains the most votes from a company-wide poll, hosted on the Global d-shop's internal site, with a 2-week voting period open to all SAP employees
