Earning Criteria

Colleagues were nominated by their peers through the Appreciate Tool. A jury of their peers reviewed and scored all the nominations. The M&S Leadership Team reviewed the top nominations per category and selected the final winners for each category. The nomination had to meet the following criteria and were scored according to how well they met this criteria:
