Earning Criteria

SAP Colleagues were nominated by their peers and managers. The nominations were reviewed and voted on by Ariba Global Deployment Senior Leadership. Award finalists are selected based on the highest scores for any of the following award's categories:
* Colleague of the Quarter - This award recognizes an individual who is an all-around asset to our teams and customers-- representing our values and commitment with the utmost quality.
* Leader of the Quarter - This award recognizes an individual who demonstrates exemplary leadership skills and in doing so improves the environment of their associates. This is not limited to individuals who are People Managers, as leadership is not limited to any specific job description or role.
* Make a Difference of the Quarter - This award recognizes an individual whose contributions transcend their job description, with a focus on building a stronger community either within SAP or beyond.
