Earners of the Microsoft Outlook badge will be able to navigate the Outlook interface, compose, send and organize e-mails effectively. They will demonstrate the ability to manage contacts and use the calendar for appointments and tasks, use search tools to quickly find information, and use rules and alerts to automate actions.
