  • Basic refrigeration cycle and related diagnostic tools (refrigerant gauges, thermometers, reference charts)
  • HVAC fundamentals of electrical troubleshooting and related diagnostic tools
  • Review of proper procedures and hands on training of copper tube flaring, pressure testing using dry nitrogen, and evacuating lines with vacuum pumps
  • Review of basic functions of hvac controls: transformers, contactors, relays, thermostats, circuit boards, etc
