The Pathway to Professional Development digital badge is developed for graduate students to support their professional and personal growth while earning their graduate degree. Based on the eight National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) competencies, students will enhance their career readiness skills through a series of professional development workshops and networking opportunities.
Earning Criteria

This will typically include items like workshop sessions/length of time, and topics, etc. Think about answering the question about what students need to complete to earn this badge: Graduate students must attend a total of four workshops that meet various NACE competencies. Then, students must complete the proficiency assessment form for each workshop to assess learning and main takeaways.
