Badge earners attend a 6-hour live online training session to become familiar with the scope of supply chain management discipline and develop an awareness of how supply chain management tools, such as ABC inventory analysis, cross-docking, VMI, and warehousing management systems can be leveraged to reduce carrying and transportation costs, mitigate risks and, ultimately, drive profits.

Badge earners will complete an assignment consisting of reading a business case, analyzing it using the tools and methods learned in the training session and writing a short essay answering provided questions. In the essay the learner must provide the analysis that leads to their answers.
