Earning Criteria

  • Successful completion of all five modules.
  • Successful completion of all skill-based assignments including 1) Create a Logic Model;  2) Write a Problem Statement; 3) Write a grant narrative; 4) Develop a budget; and 5) Explain implementation and sustainability plan of a grant.
  • A score of 3 or better must be earned for each skill being assessed.
