Completion of the four core modules, each of which includes participation in learning activies and group discussions, as well as a written assignment.

Complete an actual communication plan for a participant’s organization or municipal initiative.

Evaluate and plan digital communications and social media elements of an organizational communication initiative.

Develop plans and examples of strategies to improve a website for an organization.

Demonstrate the ability to identify and promote a newsworthy service or event to stakeholders.
