Earning Criteria

Students first must attend an in-person workshop on communication. This workshop will include examples of proper and improper communication methods for in-person and written communication, as well as tips for how to communicate over the phone.

Students will then write a 500-word reflection essay based upon their gained knowledge from the workshop.

Students will finally earn this badge by writing a professional email to a university official for them to review and provide feedback.
