  • Completed the Skills First RTO Delegates course material across 5 modules: Introduction to Skills First, Pre-Training Review, Determination of Eligibility, Eligibility Exceptions, Fees and Charges.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the role of an RTO Delegate under the Skills First contract.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Pre-Training Review process and Determination of Eligibility requirements. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of the requirements for Fees and Charges and Eligibility Exceptions.
