The earner of this badge has gained skills and strategies to support students in online courses. They have focused on student learning through the lens of learning neuroscience within a community of inquiry framework. They have developed a core set of facilitation skills including reflection, discussion boards, webinar engagement and effective feedback in addition to strategies for personalising the online classroom to create interactivity, empathy, active learning and high student motivation.
