Individuals who have earned this badge have completed the 12-hour short course, ‘Navigating Differences', part of the Global Communication - International Education program delivered by RMIT UP. Participants of this course have developed skills in negotiating, dealing with conflict situations, influencing peers and clients, and navigating cross cultural differences.
