They will be able to define inclusivity and understand its benefits for individuals and organisations; identify practical ways to introduce inclusive initiatives; and embed principles of Universal Design. They will be able to respond to behaviours such as microaggressions and consider the attributes of inclusive leadership to reflect on their own workplace practices.
