The earner of this credential will demonstrate a range of skills and capacities relevant to the role of Senior Manager at Deloitte. These skills range from the ability to lead collaborative teams within Deloitte to providing clients with distinct and unique experiences by justifying the use of ‘Moments that Matter’ during client interactions, as well be able to demonstrate their client relationship progression from an information-giver or problem-solver to a trusted advisor.

Three items of collected evidence where evidence is a combination of written and audio submissions. Collected evidence, includes professional reflections, communications action plan and client relationship strategy. Assessed as ‘Demonstrated’ (pass) against a specified criteria.
