Earning Criteria

Successfully completed the Essential Skills course and substantive course topics in Tort Law, Civil Procedures and Contract Law. Participants must score 70 percent or better on the comprehensive final exam, obtain a class average of 70 percent on class projects and attend at least 70 percent of the classes in order to earn the certificate.
