RBLP Trainer is our leadership certification for senior managers. People who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace. They can help build resilient organizations that are capable of learning and change. They can also be authorized to provide certification prep training to others.

RBLP Trainer certification is for senior managers

Applicants for RBLP Trainer certification must complete an instructor-led exam prep course (7 modules) offered by our network of Authorized Training and Education Partners.

The 3.5-hour RBLP Trainer certification exam assesses the knowledge and skills required to create a positive climate, develop cohesion, provide purpose, facilitate team learning, and support organizational learning. The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Applied Leadership for the RBLP Trainer certification exam.

Recertification is required every three years to maintain the RBLP-T level of certification. People who earn and maintain the RBLP Trainer certification may add the RBLP-T designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Trainer certified.

Task 1: Analyze individual purpose. Task 2: Demonstrate character. Task 3: Show genuine concern for people. Task 4: Encourage individual learning. Task 5: Delegate responsibility. Task 6: Empower decision-making. Task 7: Train the team.
Task 1: Analyze experiential team learning capacity. Task 2: Orient on team goals. Task 3: Encourage constructive dialogue. Task 4: Build new mental models.
Task 1: Analyze organizational learning capacity. Task 2: Promote a shared vision. Task 3: Foster knowledge emergence. Task 4: Ensure knowledge diffusion.
