Earning Criteria
-
RBLP-C is our leadership certification for experienced managers. In any organization, experienced managers are responsible for problem-solving, implementing change, continuous improvement, and innovation. These managers typically lead cross-functional project teams or a department with multiple teams.
-
Applicants for RBLP Coach certification must complete an instructor-led exam prep course (4 modules) offered by our network of Authorized Training and Education Partners.
-
The 2.0-hour RBLP Coach certification exam assesses the knowledge and skills required to create a positive climate, develop cohesion, provide purpose, and facilitate team learning. The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Managerial Leadership for the RBLP Coach certification exam.
-
Recertification is required every three years to maintain the RBLP-C level of certification. People who earn and maintain the RBLP Coach certification may add the RBLP-C designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Coach certified.
