Earning Criteria

  • Winners are current employee of Red Hat who has been with the company for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Winners embody the Red Hat Values, Red Hat Competencies, Open Management Practices and/or demonstrate technical or functional expertise in their field.
  • Winners are senior managers or below (directors or above are not eligible).
  • Associates can only win the Chairman's Award once.
  • Nominations must be supported by two sponsors (at minimum). Managers cannot nominate or be the supporting nominator for direct, downline, or matrix reports.
