Earning Criteria

• Must work/have worked for an Employment Services Provider.
• Must have participated in and completed the Esher House behavioural science induction course covering technical setup, configuration, distribution, completion and analysis of commitment assessments in various formats (telephone, email, bulk uploads).
• Demonstrated an understanding of the behavioural theories and drivers involved in supporting all participants, jobseekers and youths transitioning, towards an employment outcome. 
• Confirmed competence in the comprehension and distribution of assessment results including probability percentile scores, coaching guides and support for direct coaching 1-2-1 resilience building interventions.
