Earning Criteria

Badge earners must complete the two-day Advanced Vulnerability Management. This interactive class covers advanced topics for extending and analyzing the wealth of data from InsightVM and Nexpose. Topics include SQL reporting, data warehousing, Nexpose APIs, scripting with Ruby, vulnerability management best practices, advanced troubleshooting of Nexpose and InsightVM.
Students must pass a 60 question multiple choice exam which tests knowledge of Nexpose and InsightVM, the ability to support 3rd-party product integrations, a greater understanding of scan concepts, data, and techniques for analyzing that data.
