Lean Clean Leads have demonstrated their experience and leadership skills in Housekeeping, undergone a full-day practical workshop covering the lean methodology of guest room cleaning and ergonomics. They are entitled to train hotel team members on Lean Clean processes and are a main point of contact at Radisson Hotel Group to enhance and design new cleaning standards.
