Develop interdisciplinary skills to evaluate the quality and safety of healthcare programs and the comparative value of healthcare offerings for business consumers and healthcare practitioners. Successful completion of the micro-credential program criteria includes completion of HM 621, Healthcare Quality/Patient Safety course.

HM 621 is paired with IHI modules which are nationally recognized and highly-regarded by industry. Students will successfully complete the basic IHI modules and course requirements that include discussion boards, analysis of current field literature and application of materials through short assignments and quizzes.
