This badge signifies the License to Use the Inpowered® Leadership Coach product which supports coaches with a Leadership Coaching Method and resources to augment their coaching skills with competency-based development best practices. It includes permission to use with the coach's Direct, Non-coach Clients only and may only be used when delivering through others who are also Licensed to Use. LEAP Maps must also be used consistent with the License to Use and IP terms.

Earning Criteria

The Inpowered® Leadership Coach product includes a methodology to support coaches to deliver high value leadership coaching engagements for organizations. It includes 6 hours of recorded video training, a process methodology and QE LEAP Maps as reference resources for the coach only. The method may be used to support their Direct, Non-coach clients only and without sharing online or with others. Lifetime License to Use agreement and Intellectual Property terms must be honored.
