Earning Criteria

The Inpowered® Executive Coach Certification Program uses a 5-phased best practice approach to support coaches to have what they need to deliver high value executive and leader coaching engagements for organizations. Phase 0: Preparation overview of the method. Phases 1-4, focus on each of the 6 Modules in the Inpowered® Corporate Coach method: Phase1: Training. Phase 2: Action Learning assignments. Phase 3: Coaching Circle Challenges & Phase 4: Final Exam. Can be done in Cohort or Self Study.

International Coach Federation

Coaches who successfully complete our Executive Coach Certification program and who are not yet credential by the ICF, earn an "Executive Coaching Certificate" instead of a "Certification".
