Earning Criteria

The Inpowered® Leadership Coach Certification Program uses a 5-phased best practice approach to support coaches to have what they need to deliver high value executive and leader coaching engagements for organizations. Phase 0: Preparation overview of the method. Phases 1-4, focus on each of the 6 Modules in the Inpowered® Corporate Coach method: Phase1: Training. Phase 2: Action Learning assignments. Phase 3: Coaching Circle Challenges & Phase 4: Final Exam. Can be done in Cohort or Self Study.

Standards

International Coach Federation

This Certification requires being credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and augments coaching skills with what is needed to meet the incremental needs of organizations. Coaches who complete our Certification program who are not yet credential by the ICF, may earn an "Executive Coaching Certificate" instead of a "Certification".
