This course is a continuation of CL670: Civil Procedure I, and addresses the requirements of the civil litigation process in federal courts derived from the United States Constitution, federal statutes, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Topics covered include answers and amendments to complaints, choice of law, discovery, summary judgment, judgment as a matter of law, jury trials, preclusion, and appellate review. Prerequisites: CL670, CL730, CL601 or equivalents. JD OR EJD Grads only.
