Earners of the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP®) credential, a designation specific to retirement benefits, have demonstrated expertise in the duties of a retirement plan sponsor. Earners are able to evaluate, design, implement and manage an employer-sponsored retirement plan. The CPSP® designation is issued by the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA).

Earning Criteria

At least two years of experience as a retirement plan sponsor
Pass the credentialing exam
Apply for the credential and ascribe to the PSCA Code of Professional Conduct
