Freediver (v.2)
The course objective is to develop the student's understanding of the underwater world and how it interacts with the body, and how that affects the body when freediving; guide students in choosing appropriate equipment for freediving; and develop the knowledge and skills for basic static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion and constant weight freediving to a maximum depth of 16 meters/55 feet.

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include examinations, quizzes, performance rubrics/checklists, completion of the PADI Freediver Course Exam, evaluation of performance mastery skills during one confined water and two open water training sessions, with a minimum passing score of 75%.
