Freediver Instructor Training Course (v.2)
The course objective is to assure candidates understand the PADI freediver program structure, philosophy, requirements and procedures; prepare candidates to teach courses that are low-stress, performance based, safety-oriented and learner-centered; refine candidates' freediving skills to a role-model level; and provide candidates with practical suggestions for organizing and marketing their courses.

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include examinations, presentations, quizzes, performance rubrics/checklists, completion of the PADI Freediver Instructor Exam, three evaluated confined water training workshops and three evaluated open water training sessions, and more with a minimum passing score of 75%.

Instructional strategies include: audio visual materials, laboratory, discussion, computer-based training, practical exercises, learner presentations, lectures.
