A Positive Approach to Care® Certified Dementia Champion (PAC-DC/L) is licensed to demonstrate Snow Approach™ Skills and provide explanations of PAC™ techniques while using the Care Partner Skill Cards. They are licensed to conduct an official PAC two-hour scripted workshop titled Dementia Orientation In-Service.

Earning Criteria

Completed all four Champion Checkoffs to earn Champion pins by demonstrating competency of Snow Approach skills. Completed Champion Course videos and quizzes at 80% or higher. Completed Accepting the Challenge course and quizzes at 80% or higher. Successfully completed all annual re-certification requirements (as applicable).
