At an Aware level, organizations take a Positive Approach to Care. Staff have been exposed to PAC content and skills. There are at least two PAC Certified Independent Team members on staff who actively train and coach within the organization on a regular basis. While this organization may not yet be practicing PAC Skills, there is an overall understanding and awareness of PAC and Teepa. Administration is supportive of PAC methods, works to build a team mentality, and has attended training.
