Earners of the Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Emergency Medicine Certification have demonstrated their proficiency with key applications of POCUS Ultrasound used in Emergency Medicine settings. Those who hold this certification have passed a series of assessments in 7 content areas (AAA, Ab Trauma, Cardiac, Lower DVT, Lung, OB 1st Tri & Hepatobiliary/Spleen) comprising a total of 47 simulated clinical cases; have been evaluated by peers; and have satisfied experience and practice requirements.
