To obtain our certification, participants must complete the IMPACT Engine System™ Program, which is designed to transform individuals into game-changing business leaders capable of helping organizations achieve strategic goals with greater ROI much faster. This is accomplished through a comprehensive program that includes a combination of coaching sessions, shared ideas and insights, as well as the completion of in-depth deliverables and a final case study presentation to showcase their work.
-
To be eligible for the certification, participants must have at least 1 year of experience in the IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind™, where they will have access to a community of like-minded individuals, additional resources, and ongoing support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Throughout the program, participants are expected to attend 10 coaching sessions, each lasting at least 1 hour, with their cameras on.
-
To demonstrate their proficiency in the program, participants must pass the IES Scenario Exam with a score of at least 90%. In addition, they must present a final case study project that showcases their ability to apply the IES program to a real-world situation. This project will be reviewed and evaluated by program leaders to ensure that participants have successfully integrated the skills and knowledge gained from the program.
-
Participants have access to a wealth of resources to build their leadership and strategy management capabilities while learning from industry thought leaders covering topics from strategic planning to portfolio management to influencing and driving change. They learn with a global community of their peers applying the same IMPACT Engine System program in their organizations while receiving hands-on feedback from experienced coaches and their peers as they apply the learning in the real world.
-
Participants must also complete two "How I Did It" shares, where they apply one part of the IES program to a real-world scenario, and share their experience and insights with the group. They are also required to share at least 10 other ideas and insights that they have learned from the program, as well as five samples of IES deliverables and five templates/resources that they have created or used.
-
Finally, to complete the certification process, participants must obtain at least one endorsement from a stakeholder or customer, attesting to the value and impact that the participant has had on their organization. This endorsement is a testament to the participant's ability to deliver measurable results and drive ROI for their organization.
