This course provides in-depth training on how to conduct a schedule forensic delay analysis within P6. It starts with establishing a quality P6 baseline programme in line with current best practices. Different advanced scheduling scenarios will be presented and debated. We will then discuss delay types and introduce the delay analysis techniques, discussing their applicability and use. Finally, we will carry out the various analyses in P6 and examine the subtleties of using P6 in this manner.
