This course provides hands-on training for Oracle's Primavera P6 client/server based solution. Participants will gain background knowledge in the concepts of Planning and Scheduling. This 3-day course leads students through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project from inception through closeout. The course content and workshops use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs. This course is registered with Engineers Ireland as a CPD course.

Throughout this Live Online course the participant was provided with numerous Workshops whereby they had to demonstrate their ability at planning and scheduling a project using Oracle Primavera P6 PPM software. Alongside these Workshops the participant had to answer at the completion of each lesson a multi-choice questionnaire.
