This course introduces students to the processes, tools, and information required for effective project cost & schedule control using Earned Value Management (EVM). Students learn basic EVM terminology and formulas, and how to use to them to manage project performance. Students also learn about the work products associated with Organizing, Planning, Accounting, Analysis & Reporting, and Change Management as required for an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
