This award is issued to leaders in a safety role, who have successfully completed Level 1 (the foundation) of Sir John Whitmore's Coaching for Safety Performance program - a behavioural safety programme. Award holders are able to apply fundamental coaching skills of raising awareness and responsibility in a safety environment. Additionally, they have a unique understanding of how coaching creates a high-performance safety culture that enables Goal Zero.
