People's Choice Award

The Penn State Engineering Learning Factory Showcase celebrates the collaboration of students and sponsors on design projects from across the disciplines. Projects are judged by a panel of industry experts, comprised of current and past sponsors as well as members of our Industry Advisory Board, and are evaluated on technical content, customer satisfaction, project management, oral presentation & display, and other intangibles.

Earning Criteria

People's Choice Award
Completed a design project based on a real-world problem provided by the industry sponsor. The student team, faculty lead, and sponsor worked in collaboration to face the challenges, develop an approach to solve the problem, and report on the outcomes.
