The recipients of the FPLC protein separation badge have the ability to describe the process for executing a protein separation on a fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) system using affinity-based chromatography. Earners have the capability to describe the preparation required for protein separation on an FPLC system, analyze the biochemical interactions of the protein within the system, and accurately assess the performance of the protein separation using unicorn software chromatograms.
