This is an independent study, distance-delivered course. The methods of instruction include discussion, a study guide and textbook. The general course topics include introduction to security; legal aspects, risk assessment, and planning; physical, personnel, and information security; investigations, security applications, and solutions; and homeland security treads and challenges.
