This course objective is to provide an introduction to the opportunities and risk of doing business outside the United States. Students will learn about country-market differences, trade and investment patterns, and the international financial environment; issues in business government relations and strategies for international business are also covered.

The methods of assessment include quizzes, examinations, written papers, and a comprehensive final proctored exam with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
