The methods of assessment include quizzes, examinations, written papers, and discussion boards with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include practical exercises, discussion, study units, textbook, and an optional open office hour session. The general course topics include understanding the needs of children; developmentally appropriate practices and activities; and your program and practices.
