Earning Criteria

Pass the PECB Certified Operational Risk Lead Manager Exam
Submit evidence of 10 years of general work experience with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in operational risk management as well as 1000 hours of operational risk management project experience
Abide by the certification rules and policies
Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics
