Earning Criteria

Pass the PECB Certified Lead Operational Resilience Manager exam or equivalent
Submit evidence of 2 years of general work experience with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in operational resilience as well as 200 hours of risk management experience
Abide by the certification rules and policies
Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics
